Refund Policy

At Medsafir, we are committed to providing transparent, ethical, and customer-first services to every

international patient. Our refund policy ensures clarity in situations where services may not proceed

as planned.

Refund Eligibility

1. Visa Rejection:

If a patients medical visa is denied, and no services have been availed, a partial refund may be

processed after deducting administrative and documentation charges.

2. Change of Decision (Before Travel):

If the patient voluntarily cancels the trip before any bookings (hospital, accommodation, travel, etc.)

have been made, a full refund may be considered.

3. Service Non-Delivery:

If Medsafir is unable to deliver a promised service (e.g., appointment with a specific doctor or

treatment package), a proportional refund may be processed based on the undelivered portion.

4. Overpayment or Duplicate Payment:

Any excess or duplicate payments will be refunded upon verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

- Visa approval delays caused by incomplete documents or patient-side issues

- Last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours of planned arrival)- Payments already made to hospitals, airlines, or hotels, unless those parties issue a refund

- If treatment is refused by the patient after arriving in India

- Any transaction fees, currency conversion losses, or third-party service charges

Refund Process & Timeline

- Requests should include booking ID, payment proof, and reason for refund

- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days

- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or a verified bank transfer
